The Vigan City CPOC and CADAC conducted its Joint Meeting for the 3rd Quarter 2026 on September 21, 2026 at the Vigan Culture and Training Center (VCTC), Vigan City.

The Joint Meeting was presided over by the Vice Mayor Atty. Glendale Benzon on behalf of the Chairman City Mayor Randy Singson who was attending an equally important activity on same date. Concerned Heads of Offices presented their respective reports of activities, accomplishments, issues and recommendations for the 3rd quarter 2026 as well as ways forward: β€’On Peace and order situation thru PLTCOL Catalino Gadia, Jr. – COP, Vigan City PNP; β€’On Public Safety & Traffic Management thru Ms Jennifer Racsa, Head, Public Safety & Traffic Management Office; β€’On Jail Management and Penology thru JInsp Cecile Malqued, Acting City Jail Warden,BJMP, Vigan City; β€’On Fire Protection Concerns thru FCInsp Ronald Castillo, Acting City Fire Marshal, BFP, Vigan City; β€’On Drug Cases in Court thru Hon Judge Jimeno of the RTC No 74; β€’On Anti-Illegal Drugs Program thru IA III Jerico Jorge Inocencio, PDEA Chief; β€’Community-Based Rehabilitation Program/ β€œPanagdaliasat” thru Ms Mylene Bogaoan, City Health Office; β€’After-Care Program thru Ms Reinalyn Alagar from CSWDO; β€’Status of POPSPlan 2026 Implementation thru Atty. Pert Alagano, City Budget Officer Issues and concerns were raised on traffic management, enforcement of traffic ordinances, safety in schools in relation to recent shooting incidents in other regions, drug- clearing of barangays, additional establishment of police assistance centers which were discussed and given recommendations for action.
