VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur — September 23, 2026 — The DILG Ilocos Sur Sub-Cluster 1 (SC1), headed by MLGOO Leonelin P. Reynon, formally launched and adopted Project S1RIB (Sub-Cluster 1 Integrated Repository and Information Base) during the Provincial Conference held on September 23, 2026, at La Casa Blanca Hotel, Vigan City.
The launching marked a significant step in the Sub-Cluster's continuing efforts to strengthen its internal systems for information management, document organization, monitoring, and coordination through the use of a centralized digital platform.
The activity was witnessed by Provincial Director Randy S. Dela Rosa, CESO V, and Cluster Head Aprille Regina P. Guerrero, highlighting the importance of the initiative in supporting the operational and coordination needs of Sub-Cluster 1 and its member offices.
Through a Sub-Cluster Resolution, Project AGAMANG was formally adopted as the official digital repository and internal portal of Sub-Cluster 1. The platform provides a centralized environment for the storage, organization, retrieval, and sharing of official documents and other relevant information needed by SC1 members in the performance of their functions.
Rather than relying on separate and dispersed sources of files and information, AGAMANG provides a common digital space where relevant documents and information can be systematically organized and made more accessible to authorized members of the Sub-Cluster. This centralized approach is intended to make information retrieval more convenient while supporting a more consistent and organized manner of managing shared records and resources.
Beyond document management, Project AGAMANG will also function as an internal monitoring and tracking tool for reports, submissions, activities, and other requirements of Sub-Cluster 1. Through the platform, SC1 members can better monitor relevant deliverables and activities, helping facilitate timely follow-up, documentation, and coordination among concerned personnel.
The project is envisioned to support the Sub-Cluster's day-to-day operations by bringing together essential information and monitoring functions within a single internal platform. By providing a shared digital repository and information base, AGAMANG aims to strengthen the flow of information among SC1 members and provide a more structured means of coordinating documents, reports, submissions, and activities.
The formal adoption of Project AGAMANG also represents a shared commitment among SC1 members to maximize digital tools in improving internal processes. Its implementation is expected to contribute to more efficient information management, streamlined coordination, improved monitoring of reports and submissions, and strengthened collaboration among the member offices of Sub-Cluster 1.
With its official launch and adoption, Project AGAMANG now serves as the designated digital repository and internal information portal of DILG Ilocos Sur Sub-Cluster 1, establishing a centralized platform intended to support the Sub-Cluster's continuing efforts toward more organized, accessible, and efficient internal information management.
